We are looking for an exceptional part-time Rooms Revenue Manager to drive the rooms selling strategy for Oddfellows Hotels.
This role will be responsible for tactical initiatives relating to maximising rooms revenue at Oddfellows Hotels, working 20 hours per week over 5 days. There will be the opportunity to set strategic direction, determine pricing, create promotions, and explore new distribution opportunities.
The Rooms Revenue Manager will have exceptional communication skills and be comfortable communicating strategies at a senior management level. They will possess the ability to gain support for pricing strategies, basing them on evidence and will be able to implement creative strategies to increase hotel profits.
Working closely with Oddfellows Management Company on strategy, this is a pro-active role that requires an individual with confidence in their decision-making abilities, and the capability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
They must be able to demonstrate success working in a similar role, possessing excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work. They will preferably be degree educated whilst Microsoft Office skills are essential, specifically Excel together with knowledge of Reslynx, ihotelier and Synxis or similar distribution tools. Written and verbal communication skills are paramount and the ability to demonstrate a proactive approach to problem solving.
