This Bank Holiday, the Secret Garden at Oddfellows Chester is swapping Wonderland for the Wild West.
Join us for an afternoon of country & western chaos, live music, dancing, games, cocktails and plenty of good old-fashioned hoedown fun. Gather your favourite cowboys, cowgirls and country-loving crew and settle in for a Bank Holiday celebration with a distinctly Oddfellows twist.
THE SECRET GARDEN GOES WEST
Our Secret Garden is getting a full country makeover, creating the perfect setting for an afternoon of boot-scootin’, cocktail-sippin’ fun.
Expect themed décor, country tunes, great drinks and plenty happening throughout the afternoon. Whether you’re here for the dancing, the music, the cocktails or simply an excuse to get the gang together, there’s plenty to keep you entertained.
And yes, there may be a little cowboy bingo involved...

The soundtrack to the afternoon comes courtesy of Rob Wheeler, bringing his country & western sound to the Secret Garden.
Expect plenty of toe-tapping tunes, big country energy and the perfect soundtrack for an afternoon of drinks, dancing and good times.
Whether you already know your way around a dance floor or think a two-step is something you do when crossing the road, our line dancing session is for everyone.
Grab your partner, follow the moves and give it your best shot. No experience required. Cowboy boots are encouraged. Questionable dancing is very much accepted.
